Reinstall the bulb holder with the 3 screws.Ĭlean the bulbs with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel then instal them with the included bulb clip. Then the nut, then tighten it down very snugly with plyers. Then place the H4 alignment ring onto the threaded shaft. Then, place the think rubber washer on the the threaded shaft of the projector and install the projector where the bulb used to be. You may need to drill it through if it's filled in on the other side. Once you've removed the plug from the solenoid wires then feed them through the hole that the bulb sheild fit into. If you can't remove the plug just go ahead and cut them but leave enough length to use butt connectors later. Next you need to remove the black plug from the red and black solenoid wires on the projector. They should have holes that match the mini H1 projector. If you are using mini Gatling gun shrouds then skip this part and just secure the shroud with screws. You may also need to trim the shroud to fit. You may want to use some super glue or epoxy to ensure it stays. Use the centric rings to mount the shroud on the projector. They may have the retaining nut and H1 bulb holder on them. From here you'll need to prep the Mini H1 projectors. After you've done that remove the bulb shield, you should be able to wiggle it out with plyers. The two adjusters need to be adjuster all the way forward, once you've turned them enough they should unscrew from the housing. Then you'll need to remove the reflector from the housing. Turn it and then pull it out a bit then move it downwards it should then release. After you've done that remove the bottom adjuster/knob. Then remove the city light from the socket and remove the fog light ground wire. You should be left with something like this: Ok then remove the H4 retaining clip and ring. This is kind of a pain to do but it's worth it to ensure a good seal. Once the housings are cooled off a bit remove all the worthless silicon they use to seal them with. Start on the bottom corner and work your way around the lens. you should be able to place a screw driver inbetween the lens and the housing and pry off the lens. Don't burn your self when you remove them. Once preheated bake one headlight at a time for 5 mins. Then find two peices of untreated wood and place them on the bottom of your oven rack with some cookie sheets underneath. Remove all the lens clips, bulbs and drain tubes.
